KCM Properties is a boutique real estate investment manager. We believe that real estate is an effective vehicle for wealth creation and invests properties/ real estate that offers good cash flow growth and consistent income characteristics. Our underlying belief is that these entities will offer investors the best long-term property investment returns. Our portfolio is biased towards high yield recurring income properties with good long term value creation potential.


We seek to bring like minded individuals and institutions together in the field of real estate investment to cooperate and achieve greater value add to our portfolios and improve our return on investment.
